Dr. Tony Brown is the founder and Principal Investigator/Consultant at Insight Evaluation & Research Solutions, which was established in 2025. With over a decade of experience as a public health professional, researcher, and evaluator, Dr. Brown specializes in helping organizations use data to improve health outcomes and promote equity. He holds a Master of Public Health (MPH) and a Ph.D. in Public Health, with a focus on health service, policy, and management. His expertise lies in program evaluation, leading quantitative and qualitative analyses for federal and state-funded initiatives in community health and capacity building. He is committed to making evaluation an empowering rather than an intimidating process, with the ultimate goal of helping organizations make data-informed decisions that improve people's lives.
